- lean beef: it encloses B vitamins, iron and zinc which are good for your muscles, nervous system and memory;
- turkey breast: it contains enough proteins to stay full for a long time and no fats to influence your shapeliness.
Fish. It is a low-fat food, full of omega-3 fatty acids, which are exactly good for your heart and blood system and for having a normal ratio of cholesterol too. These are the best types of fish for a straight body:
- salmon: it is enriched with iodine as fish, in general, healthy fats and high amount of proteins;
- tuna: the range of fat in it is really low, but the protein level is quite high.
- brown rice: it is enclosed with many fibers and selenium, which is favorable for your immune system and it helps you to feel less hungry;
- quinoa: it has both high protein’s and fiber’s level in content.
Vegetables. These are the must be ingredients in your menu because of containing a lot of vitamins and useful minerals and carbohydrates, which are so necessary for your health. There are some applicable of them for weight loss:
- broccoli: it was found to be an anticarcinogenic vegetable and it also has a good protein content;
- tomatoes: there are a lot of antioxidants in these vegetables among other benefits.
- grapefruit: it is full of vitamin C, potassium, folic acid and pectin; it also enclose a big amount of vitamin A and it is one of the best weight loss helpers;
- watermelon: it has a high amount of potassium and vitamin C inside.

What about cooking meal with those foodstuffs we were talking about, there are some main rules to follow: both meat and fish must be boiled, steamed or grilled but not fried with oil; vegetables are better to be fresh or grilled; salads have to be added with olive oil, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar; don’t use a lot of spices in all of your dishes – it can increase your food cravings.

Paul William Walker IV was an American movie star born in 1973 in California. Being a really young actor at the time of his tragic death, he had a vast collection of great films he played in. He started acting being a 12-year-old boy and then grew up to sought-after heartthrob performer. There were many TV shows at the beginning of his career. But in the 90th he went away to a big screen films.
He played in different kinds of dramas, in horror films, in teen movies and of course in box-office action-oriented films. So, let’s remember how it was, how his way on the top of the worldwide fame looked like.

This was Paul Walker’s real big-screen movie debut. It was a role of his real age boy named Professor Bennette, who had to deal with monster attacks. The film is a mix of comedy and horror genres.

Varsity Blues (1999)
Walker’s film character Lance Harbor who was a star of the high school football team had to yield his seat to another quarterback Jonathan Moxon due to injury he suffered.
Joy Ride (2001)
This thriller picture tells about the dangerous trip of the leading character Lewis Thomas (Paul Walker) to the girl he loved alongside a psycho trucker who picked him and his brother up.
The Fast and the Furious (2001)
It was the first film which brought him a great success and made him breakthrough actor for real. It’s a cool action movie franchise based on “speed and danger” which people all over the world watch again and again.
Then he appeared in sequel 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003) and in Fast & Furious (2009), in Fast Five (2011) and in Fast and Furious 6 (2013). He worked at Furious 7 while fate had decreed otherwise and he met his death in the age of 40.
Paul also acted in Timeline (2003) and Into the Blue (2005), two more action pictures.
He played a dramatic role in Noel (2004), in war drama Flags on Our Fathers (2006) and in adventure movie Eight Below (2006) as well as in box-office action films.
Surely, The Fast and the Furious franchise gave him the main role in his lifetime and made him a box-office actor.
